Join us for Kat’s regular Sunday Special in a couple of week’s time. We’ll be exploring postures that lift the heart, awaken the spine and help us to soften into back bends both gentle and more challenging, safely and supported.
We start workshop-style where Kat will lead us through some practices informed by Ashtanga yoga, and then reset and relax with Breathing Bones. Perfect for all levels, whether you’ve been to our yoga classes or not, looking for more in-depth explorations, or just the luxury of Breathing Bones on a Sunday morning.
Some of you will know Kat from her Breathing Bones class on Wednesday evenings, some from coming to her yoga class on Saturday mornings. This is your chance to experience both aspects of her teaching knowledge, with the kindness and inclusivity she brings to all her classes.
