Kat Doyle

Kat_Teacher

Kat has been a mover all her life. As she has a background in professional dance, she was instantly drawn to the structure, sequence and clear benefits of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system.

Kat is an experienced practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga, and has had a regular practice since her first class in 2014 with the awesome Rosina Bonsu. Kat studied under Rosina for many years, and is now guided by and studies with Kia Naddermier, Laura Gonzalez, Roseann McKean and Kate Henderson. Kat love of yoga has also taken her to Yoga Plus in Crete with Radha Warrell and Pierre Seghir. She loves geeking out and taking part in as many workshops and classes as possible with, for example, John Scott, David Swenson, Sarah Hatcher, Mark Robberds…and on and on.

With a full-on and full time job, and a busy ‘monkey mind’, yoga practice brings countless benefits to Kat’s life on and off the mat every single day – community, friendship, fun, and all with a good dose of self-care, greater clarity and compassion for herself and others. Graduating from the 200 hour Classical Yoga School teacher training in August 2021, Kat aims to offer practitioners an open, safe, and playful space to explore and learn how yoga can enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
