Laura’s classes work on a complete yoga, one that encompasses body, mind and breath, nourishing them all and awakening our spiritual sense.
Kate finally gave in to the persistent nagging from friends to go to a yoga class in 2013. Hooked by the end of that first class with Rosina Bonsu, one class a week quickly turned into two a week, then three a week – and in the morning!
Catherine Hardy has been practising yoga since 2004. Catherine graduated from the Balance 200 hour teacher-training course in 2017.
Sue first got curious about yoga in her early 20s. Over the years she tried and practiced different styles before finding her passion for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in 2009.
Jack O’Flynn is an artist and graduate of Glasgow School of Art. He began on his yoga path at the age of 21 and has since followed the practice to studios in Berlin, Scotland, Cornwall and India.
As a Dance Artist, Salma was privileged to encounter the most generous laughter and friendships at the Arlington Baths.
Kia Naddermier has over 20 years experience of Ashtanga yoga and is the main teacher and director of Mysore Yoga Paris.
