Jan has over 22 years yoga practice experience , 14 years as a teacher. She brings her sports therapy knowledge into her teaching and created a therapeutic yoga class during lockdown for yogis and clients who had developed postural discomfort due to working from home. These classes are designed to relieve tension and discomfort in specific areas of the body in a therapeutic and relaxing way. Jan also has a deep love of Ashtanga and seasonal yoga too. Jan teaches at De-stress in Clydebank where she also gives the most heavenly massages.
