Classes

  • Yoga (Led into Mysore)

    The group starts together. Teachers will lead the class (until 8.30) giving space for Mysore practitioners to work with their sequence.

  • Yoga (Mysore)

    Mysore style yoga is a personal practice in a group setting with the help and support of the teacher.

  • Lunchtime Yoga (Led Ashtanga)

    This 45-minute class offers the opportunity to reset and revitalise the day.

  • Yoga Building Blocks

    These classes are designed to establish the foundations of a confident, strong and precise practice.

  • Yin Yoga

    This is a slow-paced style with postures that are held for longer periods of time.

  • Pranayama

    This is a yoga technique to enhance, deepen and control the breath.

  • Meditation Explorations

    ​During these sessions you will be introduced to different Mindfulness and Meditation techniques that we will explore during each session.

  • NADI SHODANA – Balancing the pairs of opposites
