Yoga (Led into Mysore)
The group starts together. Teachers will lead the class (until 8.30) giving space for Mysore practitioners to work with their sequence.
Mysore style yoga is a personal practice in a group setting with the help and support of the teacher.
Lunchtime Yoga (Led Ashtanga)
This 45-minute class offers the opportunity to reset and revitalise the day.
Yoga Building Blocks
These classes are designed to establish the foundations of a confident, strong and precise practice.
Chair Yoga is great for stretching out and loosening tension, for encouraging movement into muscles and joints.
Aerobics with Soul
Aerobics With Soul is a unique and innovative use of traditional African dance for exercise.
This is a slow-paced style with postures that are held for longer periods of time.
This is a yoga technique to enhance, deepen and control the breath.
