Well I thought it had been a year till the summer – little did I know!
I underestimated the enthusiasm and joy that the 17 practitioners would exhibit on the trip to Yoga Plus in Crete this summer. It was an extraordinary time for us all with Yoga as our common link and lots of freedom to swim, socialise, chill and enjoy the island.
The magic was shared by a lovely unsuspecting group of practitioners from Europe and the amazing, young and dedicated staff. The food was delicious both at Yoga Plus and local tavernas.
I have started rehearsals for ‘Goddess’ with Alan Greig Dance Theatre. I am enjoying working with the other three beautiful, talented and creative dancers. It will be performed at the Edinburgh Mela on the Links the last weekend of the Edinburgh Festival – see you there I hope!
I will be contacting those who have booked for Kia’s Pranayama and Ashtanga Yoga Intensive. Anyone who is interested can ask to be put on a waiting list and keep their fingers crossed.
Classes start in September and I am soooo looking forward to the return to welcoming everyone to classes.
