Wow it’s been a brilliant start to the year.
Classes are busy, though Breathing Bones has reduced numbers, but I will wait till the spring arrives with the light to check if there is a need for a chance of time.
The Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama course with Kia Naddermier is FULL. There is a waiting list if you are interested in being considered. I am sure that this will be the first of many visits from Kia so get ready to sign up for future courses.
The group going to Yoga Plus, Crete is firming up. It is a lovely mix of people from across the classes, with family members joining in too. A few of those going met at Artisan Roast and thanks to Brian who came last year were treated to some insider info and photos!
The next Sunday workshop is a 3 hour special with Cathy Moran, Mysore Yoga Glasgow focusing on Posture – The Importance of Foundation, please check website for details.
My dance world is growing again with my teaching a contemporary dance class on Saturday mornings for Dance House. Accompanied by the world class musician and composer Jon Keliehor this has been a delight and amazing to be reunited with dancers from across my thirty years of teaching in Glasgow.
I am now going into a development period with Alan Greig, on his Goddess project. Rehearsals and performances will be at the Mela in Edinburgh at the end of August. I am dusting off my dancing shoes!
