The class is aimed at beginners, those wanting to revisit their practice and those who wish to deepen their knowledge. This is an opportunity to examine the underlying principles of breath, gaze point and internal seals becoming aware of how to manage them within the physical body.
There will be an exploration of the sequencing of each movement and it’s relationship to the breath pattern. The benefits of these fundamental postures cannot be underestimated and will be examined during the course.
