This Saturday morning class is a welcoming, warm and supportive Community Self-Practice Class.
The space will be open for you to come along and do some yoga – to do whichever type of practice works for you.
As a community of students we can hold the space for each other – supporting one another by showing up and enjoying the time on our mats, sharing and supporting one another.
Don’t worry if you want to do an ashtanga practice and can’t remember the sequence – there are cheat sheets 🙂 and if you need some alternatives we’ll be able to help out there as well.
Drop in whenever you like within the timeframe of the class, but make sure to give yourselves some time at the end for a lovely savasana.
