Mysore is a personal practice in a group setting with the help, support and assistance of a teacher. Laura and Kat will meet you right where you are with your yoga practice, complete beginner or trying to get both legs behind your head!
This is a style of class where the teacher leads you individually, finding what works for you, what you want to explore, what you might play with and try out, to help you with the postures that you find tricky. You’ll find your own flow within the room, you’ll see people doing all sorts of different things, all finding their own way with the guidance of Laura and Kat, and the support of the energy and spirit of other students.
