Where did the month go?
The slates are going on Thursday morning (fingers crossed). The additional space cannot come too soon…classes numbers continue to be healthy and courses have been full.
The Introduction to Yoga and the Ashtanga Intermediate Series courses will become regular features of the programme, so keep an eye on the website.
The retreat to Lerigoligan, Ardfern is also fully booked and we are looking forward to setting off on the adventure 17 – 19 March.
This is the year to consider Yoga Plus Crete based on price alone. This retreat on the fabulous south coast of Crete has been my annual bolthole to my teachers Radha and Pierre since 2002. They are offering a 15% on courses and an extra 5% if booked before the end of the month…please check out the website. Many of the practitioners have already booked for 2 and 3 weeks from14 June! I will be teaching the whole of July and hope to be there earlier and stay later so look forward to seeing you in sunny climes.
