I was bursting with news in April and couldn’t wait to share it so how is it nearly the middle of May!
April was an amazing month with my birthday, with my nephew’s birthday and my lovely guardian from my childhood William celebrating his 90th.
It also saw the first Rosina Bonsu Moves Intensive with Durga Devi teaching Pranayama and many Movers participating. Thanks for your support. Pencil in the first weekend of November when I hope Durga Devi will return.
I am enjoying working with the Dance House community performance group on a piece to be performed at the Merchant City Festival in July. ‘Traditional Values’ composed by Orlando Gough as part of the cultural Olympiad will be played live by the Helensburgh Orchestral Society who are an amateur orchestra for the performance.
Jon Keliehor world class musician and percussionist and I are creating a piece with students at Reid Kerr College for their show at Eastwood Theatre in June. Check out the next group of emerging professional dancers.
Classes at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS), previously the RSAMD, continue switching from opera and singers to actors.
Private one-one sessions are increasing and are developing my understanding.
