This course is offered for men of all ages, shapes and sizes to come and try, with specially selected postures targeted for men.
When we practise yoga we’re using our whole body, building strength and flexibility in parts of the body that often gets ignored when we workout, run or cycle. Yoga helps balance the body, stretching all areas of the body, building strength in underutilised muscles as well as being calming and healing for the mind and body.
No prior experience or equipment is necessary!
