Mindfulness and Meditation

We are offering an online Mindfulness and Meditation taster session in November 2020 and will provide a longer course in the new year. If you want to feel calmer, de-stress, enhance your sleep, boost your immune system or are curious about meditation, join us. Whether you have a practice or you are new to it, the current global situation is perfect to deepen the journey inwards and to get to know how your mind works.

During the taster session you will be introduced to the basic principles of the Mindfulness and Meditation techniques that we will explore during the course and you will have the opportunity to try out some of the techniques on your own. This will give you a better understanding of what these techniques are about so that you can start to build your own practice foundation. You will also have the opportunity to discuss any doubts you might have about your practice or the techniques with Patricia.
