This workshop will teach you how to use a belt beyond stretching it over the soles of your feet and across the back of your shoulders; for example, how to bind your arms for support.
You will learn how to unlock poses with ease using a belt that will help you stretch, strengthen and support your muscles. This will give you the ‘belt and braces’ you need for the confidence to try new poses you might not have thought were for you.
