In this dynamic, yet slow paced class we will deconstruct the postures of the Primary Series, taking a closer look at what is happening in the poses, externally as well as internally, & how they build on each other.
You will playfully experience the interplay of foundation, balance, strength & flexibility in each of the postures.
We will explore some Second Series Postures & how to integrate them in your personal practice.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience, whether completely new to Ashtanga or with a regular self/home practice.
